The Lotus Pathway Resilience Programme is designed for children and young people, with the goal of equipping them with essential skills and a resilient mindset to overcome challenges and adversity. This programme is tailored to each age group and encompasses six sessions that explore different areas of resilience, including psychoeducation around trauma and the brain, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and building healthy relationships.

Throughout the programme, individuals will participate in a wide range of activities and exercises designed to build resilience. They will learn to identify and manage their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate positive relationships with others. Additionally, they will gain an understanding of the importance of self-care and Mindfulness and be able to incorporate into their daily lives.

To ensure an optimal learning experience, the programme is designed for small groups of up to six pupils, led by a specially trained associate. This small group setting provides an opportunity for individual’s to share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a sense of community and support.

Upon completion of the programme, the group will have gained a deeper understanding of their emotions and relationships, empowering them to face life's challenges with resilience and confidence. They will have developed a comprehensive toolkit of skills and strategies that they can apply throughout their lives.
